We are looking to add a highly motivated technician and sales engineer with with hands on experience on industrial and mechanical equipment. This position will join our small team in Spring Hill TN to handle sales of the metal precision equipment. This is a salary position plus commission.,

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and acquire new customers
• Support existing customers
• Regular follow up with potential customers on investment projects
• Frequent travel to visit existing and potential accounts in the US/Canada
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate terms, and close transactions
• Regular Maintenance of customer master data and activities in the CRM system
• Organize training sessions for customers
• Survey market and competitive conditions
• Organize and participate at trade shows
• Visit the factory in Germany for training and meetings

What you will need:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in servicing and selling industrial equipment (Metals, Wood or Composite material)
• Able to travel up to 90 days per year
• Prospecting and closing skills
• Background in sheet metal industry would be a plus
• Strong technical background
• Bachelor or vocational education in engineering or technical field preferred
• Hands-on attitude
• Able to work well in a small team
• Self-motivated and organized
• Able to handle administrative duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
